Most of us can agree your heart is a major muscle, worthy of attention. Unfortunately it’s when something goes wrong, that we give it major consideration.
When we think of exercising your heart, running, swimming, or the aerobics of the 80s come to mind. Visions of spandex, leotards & kicks which would rival any chorus girl may also be part of your reminiscence.
It may be time to give your running shoes, Speedo, or Madonna playlist a break–at least temporarily. Pick up your dumbbells. You can still wear your leotard & shiny spandex.
