Move your way out

Many of us struggle with anxiety. Perhaps we were diagnosed as depressed. But at some time or another, we all find ourselves unable to work our way out of a “funk.”

I’ve always felt movement at least for the time being, took me out of the situation at hand. My challenge? Stage fright. Although I’ve been singing in church a few years, standing in front of a congregation is still daunting. Exercising that morning has been quite a stress reliever for me.

As an aside, I want to thank those of you who continue to stick with me. As you may realize, I don’t write as much as I once did. You also know that Personal Training was replaced by Life Training with Crystal. There’s a reason–many actually, for that. This site will continue to address issues which encompass what life throws at us; but it will be expanding. Some may understand, while others may not.

In any case, stay tuned. If what I address in the future isn’t your cup of tea, I appreciate your time with me.
